Murcia, 27 de noviembre de 2025 – La jornada técnica “Riesgos Psicosociales. Perspectivas enfrentadas”, organizada por la Asociación Murciana de Prevencionistas (AMP), concluye con un mensaje claro: los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo no pueden seguir tratándose como una mera formalidad, sino que exigen una gestión preventiva real, rigurosa y estructural.

En un contexto laboral marcado por cambios continuos, nuevas formas de organización, aumento de la carga mental y emocional y un incremento de los conflictos interpersonales, el encuentro reunió a especialistas de la psicología del trabajo, medicina laboral, inspección de trabajo, educación, cuerpos de seguridad, recursos humanos y prevención de riesgos laborales. La conclusión fue unánime: los riesgos psicosociales son un desafío complejo que requiere un enfoque multidisciplinar.

Un enfoque multidisciplinar para un problema estructural

Las diferentes ponencias de la jornada expusieron cómo los riesgos psicosociales afectan a todos los sectores, desde el ámbito educativo hasta el sanitario, pasando por la empresa privada, la administración pública y los entornos de seguridad. Cada intervención aportó una mirada complementaria: la perspectiva clínica, la visión empresarial, la cultura organizativa, la carga emocional de determinadas profesiones, la comunicación interna o la necesidad de una gestión preventiva planificada y real.

A pesar de la diversidad profesional, todas las intervenciones coincidieron en que los riesgos psicosociales no son un problema individual, sino fundamentalmente organizativo. Para prevenirlos de manera efectiva, las empresas deben revisar sus modelos de liderazgo, su gestión del tiempo, los canales de comunicación, la definición de roles, la distribución de cargas de trabajo y la existencia de conflictos o dinámicas tóxicas no resueltas.

Conclusiones principales de la jornada

Entre los puntos destacados que emergieron del encuentro, se subrayaron especialmente los siguientes:

  1. La evaluación psicosocial debe realizarse con metodología rigurosa, utilizando herramientas validadas y garantizando una interpretación técnica de los resultados.

  2. La vigilancia de la salud ha de integrar la dimensión psicológica, incluyendo indicadores de estrés, desgaste, carga mental y bienestar emocional.

  3. Los riesgos psicosociales son organizativos, por lo que la prevención debe centrarse en la estructura, la cultura corporativa y la gestión interna.

  4. El liderazgo y la comunicación interna desempeñan un papel clave en la aparición o reducción de estos riesgos. Un liderazgo ético, claro y coherente tiene un impacto protector.

  5. La Inspección de Trabajo exige trazabilidad real, tanto en la evaluación como en la planificación y ejecución de las medidas preventivas. La ausencia de acciones efectivas puede derivar en responsabilidades legales.

  6. La coordinación entre departamentos es imprescindible, especialmente entre servicios de prevención, recursos humanos y dirección, para asegurar intervenciones integrales y sostenibles.

Recomendaciones para las organizaciones

La jornada concluyó con una serie de recomendaciones dirigidas a empresas y responsables de prevención:

  • Utilizar herramientas de evaluación psicosocial validadas y adaptadas al contexto.

  • Complementar los análisis cuantitativos con técnicas cualitativas que permitan profundizar en la realidad del trabajo.

  • Implementar medidas organizativas reales, no solo cursos o acciones puntuales.

  • Integrar indicadores psicosociales en los cuadros de mando de la empresa.

  • Fomentar canales de comunicación eficaces y formar a mandos intermedios en liderazgo preventivo.

  • Revisar periódicamente la evaluación tras cambios relevantes en la organización.

Una llamada urgente a la acción preventiva

“Riesgos Psicosociales al Desnudo” ha puesto de manifiesto que la salud psicológica en el trabajo es un asunto prioritario que requiere compromiso, recursos y una visión integral. Los riesgos psicosociales no pueden reducirse a un documento o un trámite: son una responsabilidad compartida que afecta a la seguridad, la productividad y la dignidad de las personas trabajadoras.
