La Asociación Murciana de Prevencionistas organiza una jornada técnica sobre riesgos psicosociales el jueves 27 de noviembre de 2025 en el Salón de Actos del Instituto de Seguridad y Salud Laboral de la CARM. Este evento gratuito está orientado a la actualización y formación técnica en la gestión de riesgos psicosociales en la empresa, con especial énfasis en la salud mental laboral.

 

Presentación y contexto

La gestión de los riesgos psicosociales es esencial en cualquier organización moderna, ya que incide directamente en la salud mental, la motivación y la eficiencia de las personas trabajadoras. Su análisis y prevención contribuyen a reducir el estrés, mejorar el clima laboral y aumentar la productividad, además de cumplir la legislación vigente en prevención de riesgos laborales.​

La jornada reunirá a diferentes expertos y profesionales, que expondrán diferentes formas abordar los factores psicosociales que afectan al entorno laboral y la gestión de los mismos, desde diferentes puntos de vista, así como la exposición de diferentes prácticas de evaluación, intervención y cultura preventiva en salud mental en el trabajo.

Durante la jornada, participaran diferentes ponentes, entre los que se encuentran un Directivo de empresa (Experto en RRHH), una médico del trabajo, un psicólogo, una trabajadora del sector de la educación, dos técnicos de PRL y un Inspector de Trabajo.

Con este panel, queremos abordar la problemática real de los riesgos psicosociales, exponiendo esta realidad desde diferentes prismas o puntos de vista, que nos lleven a hacernos una idea de cómo está el panorama y el trabajo que queda por hacer.

 

Objetivos de la jornada

  • Dar a conocer herramientas técnicas y recursos institucionales de apoyo.
  • Analizar los factores de riesgo psicosocial prioritarios en el entorno laboral actual.
  • Exponer estrategias de evaluación y buenas prácticas para su prevención y gestión.
  • Promover la cultura de empresa saludable y la protección de la salud mental en el trabajo.
