EL CONSEJO GENERAL DE RELACIONES INDUSTRIALES Y CIENCIAS DEL TRABAJO (CGRICT) – ZONA TERRITORIAL PERÚ, CON EL RESPALDO INSTITUCIONAL DEL COLEGIO DE PSICÓLOGOS DEL PERÚ CDN, LA ASOCIACIÓN PERUANA DE PSICÓLOGOS DE SST, EL COLEGIO DE PREVENCIONISTAS DE RIESGOS DEL PERÚ, EL INSTITUTO SSOMA, LA CÁMARA INTERNACIONAL DE PREVENCIONISTAS Y LA UNIVERSIDAD DUCENS DE MÉXICO.

 

Durante dos jornadas históricas, el Perú se convirtió en el centro del diálogo internacional sobre la psicología aplicada a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, al albergar el I Congreso Internacional de Psicología en la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. El evento, realizado el 7 y 8 de agosto, fue organizado por el Consejo General de Relaciones Industriales y Ciencias del Trabajo (CGRICT) – Zona Territorial Perú, bajo el liderazgo del Ing. Juan Carlos Astuvilca Camarena, y contó con el respaldo institucional del Colegio de Psicólogos del Perú CDN, la Asociación Peruana de Psicólogos de SST, el Colegio de Prevencionistas de Riesgos del Perú, el Instituto SSOMA, la Cámara Internacional de Prevencionistas y la Universidad Ducens de México.

El Congreso congregó a expertos de alto nivel provenientes de España, México, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, El Salvador, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico y Perú, quienes, ante una audiencia internacional, compartieron sus investigaciones, experiencias y propuestas en torno al factor humano como eje fundamental para la prevención y el bienestar laboral.

La ceremonia de inauguración estuvo a cargo del Dr. Rafael Ruiz Calatrava (España), presidente del CGRICT, la Ing. Luz Clarita Tejada del Colegio de Prevencionistas de Riesgos del Perú y el MBA. Rafael Yañez Briceño (Perú), presidente del Congreso, quienes dieron la bienvenida a participantes y conferencistas, marcando el inicio de un evento transformador para la región.

El primer día de actividades inició con la conferencia del MBA. Rafael Yañez Briceño (México) sobre “La procrastinación en el proceso de la gestión de la SST”, que exploró el impacto de la postergación en la cultura preventiva de las organizaciones y propuso estrategias para la acción efectiva. Seguidamente, la Dra. Gisela Blanco Gómez (España) expuso “Organizaciones saludables: Un camino hacia el bienestar en el trabajo”, reflexionando sobre la construcción de entornos laborales que promuevan la salud integral. La jornada continuó con el Dr. David Héctor Chumpitaz Cadillo (Perú) y su exposición sobre “Los fenómenos del trabajo y su impacto en la SST”, donde se analizaron los factores laborales que inciden en la seguridad y salud ocupacional. Posteriormente, la Dra. Zuleima Martínez Padrón (Venezuela) presentó “Trascender para liderar: del SER profundo al HACER consciente y al TENER con propósito”, enfatizando el liderazgo transformacional como herramienta para la gestión efectiva en SST. Uno de los momentos más esperados fue la intervención del Dr. Rafael Ruiz Calatrava (España), quien abordó “La obligación de protección de empresarios en materia de acoso laboral, sexual y razón de sexo en el ámbito del trabajo”, subrayando la importancia de la responsabilidad ética y legal en la protección de los trabajadores. Por la tarde, la Dra. Astrid Guadalupe H. Zavala (El Salvador) profundizó sobre “Pausas psicolaborales y síndrome de burnout”, presentando estrategias para prevenir el desgaste emocional. El Dr. Miguel Rugel Martínez (Perú) aportó fundamentos clave con “Bases de la psicología de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo”, mientras que la Dra. Mariana Molina Gómez (Argentina) analizó los desafíos de la digitalización en “Inteligencia artificial y nuevas tecnologías en el trabajo: implicancias psicosociales para el bienestar ocupacional”. La jornada concluyó con el Dr. Hernán Romero (Colombia) exponiendo sobre “Identificación de factores de riesgo mediante EACR para la prevención de accidentes laborales” y el Dr. David Zaretsky (Colombia) cerrando el día con “Política de salud mental en Colombia: avances, oportunidades y retos”, destacando la experiencia colombiana en políticas públicas de salud mental laboral.

El segundo día se inició con la Dra. Susanna Rubiol Vilalta (España), quien presentó “La salud mental y los riesgos psicosociales en las organizaciones”, abordando la importancia de la prevención de riesgos psicosociales en entornos complejos. A continuación, el Dr. Efraín Butrón Palacio (Colombia) ofreció una visión innovadora sobre “El error humano y su especificación cognitiva, una propuesta neurocognitiva moderna”. La Dra. Iris Ramos Miranda (Perú) expuso “Herramientas estratégicas de intervención en caso de estrés laboral”, compartiendo metodologías efectivas para el manejo del estrés. El Dr. Ángel Comas Nazario (Puerto Rico) presentó “El trabajo infinito: un abordaje sistémico para atender el síndrome de la quemazón”, reflexionando sobre la gestión del burnout desde una mirada sistémica. Por la tarde, el Dr. Rodrigo Aguilar Chuquimia (Bolivia) abordó el desafío emocional de los jóvenes técnicos en “Formarse, egresar y resistir: el desafío emocional de los jóvenes técnicos ante un mercado incierto”. La Dra. Camila Dávila Fredans (Chile) analizó “El impacto de la psicoprevención en la cultura de la seguridad”, reforzando el papel de la intervención psicológica en ambientes seguros. El Dr. Pablo Susavnas Bermúdez (Ecuador) presentó “Gestión integral para la prevención de riesgos psicosociales”, mostrando un enfoque abarcador para la gestión de estos riesgos. Luego, la Dra. Silvana Bonil (Argentina) habló sobre “Salud mental: el pilar invisible de la seguridad organizacional. De la reacción al diseño preventivo”, resaltando la necesidad de integrar la salud mental como eje estratégico en las empresas. El cierre del Congreso estuvo a cargo del Mg. Jesús Villordo Flores (México), quien expuso “Intervenciones psicológicas para fortalecer el ambiente laboral y reducir incidentes de riesgo”, compartiendo experiencias y propuestas para la construcción de espacios laborales más seguros y humanos. 

Durante ambos días, las conferencias, debates y espacios de networking permitieron a miles de participantes de Perú, América Latina y Europa, dialogar, compartir y construir juntos una agenda de trabajo para el futuro. La labor de los organizadores y el compromiso de los asistentes, tanto presenciales como virtuales, demostraron que la prevención, el bienestar y la salud mental en el trabajo son una responsabilidad compartida y un desafío ineludible para el desarrollo sostenible.

El I Congreso Internacional de Psicología en la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo deja como legado el compromiso por una cultura organizacional donde la salud mental y el bienestar sean derechos fundamentales y motores de productividad, innovación y humanidad. Perú, con liderazgo y visión, se consolida como referente regional en la promoción del trabajo digno, saludable y seguro para todos.
