Asimismo, se expusieron planes de acci\u00f3n y programas de intervenci\u00f3n basados en la evidencia cient\u00edfica y en la normativa vigente en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<\/p><p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1292\">Entre los temas destacados figuraron:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1729\"><li data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1360\"><p data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1360\"><strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1320\">Modelos de evaluaci\u00f3n<\/strong> aplicados en Europa y Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1479\"><p data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1479\"><strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1394\">Herramientas de diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong> como FPSICO, CoPsoQ y metodolog\u00edas emergentes apoyadas en inteligencia artificial.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1613\"><p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1613\"><strong data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1502\">Planes de acci\u00f3n<\/strong> para reducir el impacto de los riesgos psicosociales en la productividad y el bienestar de los trabajadores.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1729\"><p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1729\"><strong data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1650\">Buenas pr\u00e1cticas empresariales<\/strong>, con casos de \u00e9xito en la implantaci\u00f3n de programas de salud organizacional.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"2084\">Los ponentes, varios de ellos pertenecientes el Consejo General de Relaciones Industriales y Ciencias del Trabajo (CGRICT); Dr. Rafael Ruiz Calatrava, Dr. Antonio P\u00e9rez Chac\u00f3n y PhD. Candidate Kl\u00e9ver Parra.\u00a0 coincidieron en que la detecci\u00f3n temprana y la correcta medici\u00f3n de los riesgos psicosociales resultan claves para implementar medidas preventivas eficaces.
