This Professional Association, which was founded with the aim of becoming the Official College of the collective, has as its mission to sort the exercise of our profession, as well as the defense of the interests of its partners, and also the requirement of a moral attitude and ethics in the practice of the profession and the performance discipline when appropriate, without prejudice to coordinate their interests with the possible service to the Society, for whom, in the background, of our action as a plaintiff of our services.<\/span><\/p>

In addition, and taking into account that in the future, our Association has the possibility of becoming a Professional Association, we must stick to what the Laws for the Management of the professional activity that says: \"ensuring the ethical and professional dignity, and the respect due to the rights of individuals...\".<\/span><\/p>

Taking for granted that the associations and Professional Associations are not groupings private, but participating in the character of Public Administration, with the specific mission of the order to the interests and obligations of professional groups, their reason for being has to be adjusted by an appropriate action, being among its purposes, the requirement of a moral and professional ethics, applying the necessary penalties when there is a breach of those.<\/span><\/p>

The Superior Technical and International Experts in Industrial Relations, as well as Graduates in Sciences of the Work, are qualified professionals, free and independent as usual and through the perception of a fee, are engaged before any organ of the state Administration, state-owned, regional, provincial, or local, public or private companies, individuals or legal entities, to promote, solicit, advise, represent, manage, advise, obtain and perform all sorts of procedures that do not require the application of techniques men and reserved exclusively to other qualifications, and who have been entrusted by express mandate of any person or entity.<\/p>

Our collective is made up of Graduates in Industrial Relations and International Experts in Industrial Relations that were born in Spain as the Title Itself of the Second Cycle of the University of Alcal\u00e1 de Henares.<\/p>

With the birth of the Bachelor of Science degree of the Work, many of the members of the old APTSRI, extended these studies, reaching the old aspiration of view converted his studies of Industrial Relations in Degree.<\/p>

The end result is that our collective is formed by professionals with special knowledge in the fields of Labour Law and Social Security, Economy, Business management and Personnel Policy, Taxation and Sociology Industrial. And are professional experts, both at management level of the company as outside counsel, in an area as important and fundamental as it is the management of Human Resources and are a very important step in the approximation of the University to the Company.<\/p>

Our collective is the coherent response to a society that demands insistently the adaptation and enhancement of the Human Resources within the necessary technological renewal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The future of our collective is to take steps that are necessary to form the General Council of Official Colleges of Science Graduates in the Work.<\/p>

To do this, we're striving to bring together all the Graduates in the Sciences of the Work in this group and request of the Administration, the creation of our Professional.<\/p>
